1. Order Cancellation by Customer

You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it by contacting us directly via phone or email.

• After 12 hours, the order is considered confirmed and may already be in processing or dispatch stage, in which case it cannot be cancelled.

2. Cancellation After Dispatch

Once the product is dispatched, cancellation is not allowed. If you wish to stop the order after dispatch, you may be liable for any shipping or return charges incurred.

3. Custom or Bulk Orders

Custom-stitched, pre-ordered, or bulk orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed. These items are made or sourced specially and are non-refundable.

4. Order Cancellation by Us

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to:

• Product unavailability

• Incorrect pricing or technical errors

• Suspicious or incomplete transactions

In such cases, we will notify you immediately and process a full refund (if payment was made).

5. Refund for Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation is approved:

• The refund (if applicable) will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

• No cancellation charges apply if the request is made within the eligible window.
