At Dosaya Fabrics, we value customer satisfaction and take pride in the quality of our sarees and fabrics. However, due to the nature of our products, our refund policy is as follows:


1. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or wrong item.

  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of receiving the product.

  • Proof of issue (images/videos) is provided while raising the complaint.


2. Items Not Eligible for Refund

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after purchase.

  • Slight color variations due to screen resolution or lighting.

  • Custom-stitched or altered products.

  • Products returned without prior approval.


3. Refund Process

If your refund request is approved:

  • The refund will be initiated to your original payment method or via bank transfer.

  • Refund processing may take 5-7 business days depending on your bank.


4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  2. Mention your order details and include clear photos/videos of the issue.

  3. Wait for our team to review and approve your request.


5. Return Shipping

If a return is required, we will guide you on the return process. The return shipping cost will be borne by the customer unless the product was damaged or incorrect.
